There are two kinds of premades below. The first consists of premade layouts that have already been coded. These are great if you need a layout fast. These layouts cannot be customized however for your particular use and there is no limit on who can use them and how many sites they can be featured on. The second kind are layouts already made but seeking a home. You email me details such as a name and navigation specific to your site and I will modify and code the layout. This is easy and simple for me, easy and simple for you. It takes less time than making a layout from scratch but will still be specifically for your site and no other sites.Pre-Coded & Uncustomizable
